Rheumatologist James Mossell, D.O. welcomes physician assistants Georgia Griffis, PA-C and Jessica Hart, PA-C to the Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center of South Georgia.
Griffis has more than 33 years experience as a healthcare provider, serving as an emergency medical technician and nurse before earning a physician assistant degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1996. Prior to joining Dr. Mossell’s practice, Griffis worked with various practices in Tifton and Ashburn providing primary care and occupational medicine services. Before earning her physician assistant degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002, Hart worked as a nurse for 16 years, specializing in critical care, emergency medicine and home health. She comes to Dr. Mossell after providing family medicine and minor urgent care with clinics in Warner Robins, Cincinnati and Cordele. Both Griffis and Hart are certified by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners and are members of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center of South Georgia provides evaluations and treatment for a wide-range of rheumatology disorders, including: lupus, gout, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogrens syndrome.
